AuctionInc is proud to announce the launch of SkyRise Properties. SkyRise Properties is wholly owned by AuctionInc. and will focus on private treaty sales and letting of commercial and residential properties.

SkyRise Properties will leverage off AuctionInc’s existing infrastructure including its well-trained broker base, state of the art systems and large database of qualified buyers.

According to AuctionInc CEO Ari Ben “the launch of SkyRise Properties places us in a strong strategic position. We are now able to offer our clients a full turnkey solution that takes into account the specific needs and circumstances of each property”.

The SkyRise Residential division will be headed up by Terry Sack, a well know veteran of residential estate agency sales. SkyRise Properties has only recently been launched and has already sold a number of prominent properties in and around Gauteng.
