The subject properties are located approximately 1 300m above sea level and offer a flat topography with just enough undulations for water to flow to water troughs by means of gravitation. The area which is positioned in close vicinity to the Tropic of Capricorn offers a semiarid climate under the Kȍppen Climate classification. Average rainfall of 475mm per annum has been recorded in the Bylsteel area. The property consists mainly of natural vegetation and offers Sweetveldt type grazing a variety of Acacia Species, Combretum apiculatum, and Marula trees. The subject properties are located in the Legkraal, Bylsteel area approximately 70km directly north of Polokwane. The area is well known for its cattle farming potential as well as the odd game farm. A very small portion towards the east of this section has been game fenced. one equipped borehole with a windmill system which pumps water to a cement dam and feeds 4 drinking troughs by means of gravitation. There are two boreholes on the section towards the south of the road of which one is equipped with a Lister engine which pumps water to a cement dam and feeds 3 drinking troughs. The second borehole is equipped with a windmill system. Solar panel installation installed. No Eskom electricity is available in the Main dwelling, comprising: 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. ± 165m² UNDER ROOF. The shed building has an open storage area. Mogwadi (formerly called Dendron) is a small town on the R521 road in the Capricorn District Municipality in the Limpopo province of South Africa. Located about 61 km northwest of Polokwane.
