Rossmore is a small established suburb in the Auckland Park node of western Johannesburg, within the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, bordered by Westdene, Melville and Auckland Park proper. The defining feature of the location for a student accommodation asset is its distance to campus: the University of Johannesburg’s Auckland Park Kingsway Campus lies under half a kilometre from the property, putting it within walking distance, with the UJ Student Centre roughly six hundred metres away and Campus Square, the student-oriented shopping centre on Kingsway, about eight hundred metres. The UJ Bunting Road Campus in Cottesloe is a little under two kilometres east and the University of the Witwatersrand in Braamfontein roughly three and a quarter kilometres.
