Area Description
Umdloti, also written eMdloti, is a small established coastal village on the KwaZulu-Natal north coast, falling within the eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality between Umhlanga to the south and Ballito to the north, and reached directly off the M4. The village is built around its beachfront, with a well-used tidal pool and a cluster of beachfront restaurants within a few hundred metres of the complex. Day-to-day shopping is covered by the White Sands Shopping Centre and its KwikSpar, both about six hundred metres away, with the newer Marine Walk centre at Sibaya roughly a kilometre from the property offering a wider retail and restaurant selection.
