AuctionInc. will be hosting its monthly Multi-Property Auction this June. The auction consists of 30 prime commercial, retail, and high-end residential properties. The highlight of the auction is the Royal Elephant Hotel, situated in Eldograine, Centurion. The iconic hotel consists of 40 spacious rooms, conference rooms, wedding facilities, and multiple dining areas. The site runs at an occupancy level in excess of 80%.

Other properties on auction include two sought-after churches, a taxi rank retail property, multiple student accommodation assets near top universities, development land, multiple high-yielding commercial properties, and a number of high-end residential properties situated around the country.

According to CEO Ari Ben, "We are expecting these assets to attract strong bidding activity on the day of the auction. If the performance of our recent auctions is anything to go by, we expect to close out on most of the properties going on auction."

The auction will take place on the 19th of June at 41 West St, Houghton. Registration opens at 10:00, and the event will kick off at 11:00.
