AuctionInc has become a household name in the auction industry and is well known for its fluid approach to attending to the sale of property.

Posted: 26 February 2020

Current economic conditions have resulted in much softer property market and an increase in supply of properties of all types. Often in times of uncertainty the greatest opportunities arise and astute investors are able to snap up properties at attractive prices. Another favorable factor making it one of the best times to acquire property is the fact that obtaining finance has never been easier, banks are fighting for market share and offering buyers 100% bonds. Today more and more buyers and seller are turning to auction as this tried and tested method of sale has been around for hundreds of years and is not going anywhere soon.

2020 is poised to be an exciting year for AuctionInc as it embarks on the launch of its online auction platform and other strategic initiatives. According to AuctionInc CEO “our core differentiating factor is our emphasis on technology, launching a simple to use yet sophisticated online platform was a natural progression for us. The benefit of running an online platform is that it enables the auction of high volumes of properties.” AuctionInc have over 50 auctions booked over the next few weeks and the number is growing by the day.

AuctionInc has become a household name in the auction industry and is well known for its fluid approach to attending to the sale of commercial and residential property. Properties can be auctioned at a multiproperty event, at the property or at a closed boardroom auction. Bidders can bid live at the property, telephonically and very soon via the online auction app.

AuctionInc will be hosting a commercial Multi Property event at its premises in Houghton on the 12th of March. One of the highlights of the auction includes a prime industrial property in Linbro .Other noteworthy properties include high yielding commercial buildings in Johannesburg CBD, retail property in Randburg and other attractive commercial property investments.
