Area Description

Raslouw and Monavoni area in Centurion are mainly agricultural suburbs situated between the R55, M10, Ruimte Road (R114), and Gouws Street. In the ’80s-’90s it was situated just outside the then “booming” outskirts of Centurion and was considered the suburb with the “country life” feel, but the convenience of having all the beneficial commodities of a “city life” close by. Although this remains, it is no longer situated on the “outskirts” of Centurion and consequently, the surrounding areas have drastically evolved with residential/commercial/retail developments and infrastructure expansion.
